The pride of our rental fleet is our houseboats! They are 60′ deluxe houseboats, custom designed and custom built according to our specifications. Each boat is 60 feet long and 16 feet wide. They sleep 2 to12 people in 4 private bedrooms (2 queens and 2 full beds) - plus they are equipped with 1 full size sofa, 1 futon, and small upper cuddy. Each boat has 2 full bathrooms, water slide, gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, 2 refrigerators, dinette, counter, driving bridge, sundeck, party top, central heat and AC, TV/DVD, stereo, 2 outboard engines, and swim deck. These are pontoon-style houseboats that have reverse floor plans, with kitchen/living room combos. Please note we DO NOT allow pets on the 60′ houseboats. If a pet is found or known to be on the boat, a minimum of $125 to $500 will be charged to your card.

WE FURNISH:

Dishes, toaster, silverware, coffee pot, glassware, cooking utensils, ice chest, swimming ladder, AM/FM radio cd player, waterways map chart, propane gas, fire extinguisher, deck chairs, garbage can and liners, toilet paper, gas grill, life jackets, mop, broom, boat hook, dock lines, 40 channel CB, and CD/DVD player.

YOU FURNISH:

Sheets, pillows, pillowcases, towels, blankets or sleeping bags, groceries, soaps, light sweaters or jackets, fishing gear, first aid kit, binoculars, dishwashing soap, CDs, DVDs, cameras, books, magazines, cards, games, portable radio, flashlight, inflatable mattresses, life-ski vests for swimming, etc. matches, paper towels, and cell phone, GPS and anything else you desire to make your rental more comfortable. Gasoline and ice are also available at the dock.

IN SEASON - June 16th to August 4th

MID-SEASON - May 19th to June 16th or August 4th to September 4th

OFF-SEASON - Prior to May 19st or after September 4th

- Houseboat Rentals are ONLY available for these time frames:

3 nights Friday to Monday -weekend
4 nights Monday to Friday – mid week
7 nights either Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday – weekly
